FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level part-time Pawnbrokers/Retail Sales Associates to join our stores nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loan transactions, and contribute to a high-energy team focused on exceptional customer service and compliance.

You can earn hourly pay plus commissions up to 8% based on productivity. Expect a flexible retail schedule, with some locations offering limited Sundays, Earned Wage Access, and 401(k) participation after six months.

Formación

• Must be willing to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand, walk, and perform duties for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.
• Minimum Age: 18 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and interact with customers to develop rapport and offer financial solutions.
• Performs non-management open/close procedures.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintains the display of merchandise.
• Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with established policies, procedures, practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Handles all cash and negotiable items in accordance with established policies, procedures, practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards
• Effectively communicates to customers the legal aspects of the pawn and buy transactions.
• Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers, displaying respect and using effective communication tools.
• Partners with all employees to create a positive and memorable customer experience.
• Successfully completes the assigned training.
• Other related duties, as assigned.
