Job summary

Cash America Pawn is seeking entry-level, part-time Retail Sales Associate for nationwide pawn stores. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and help with everyday transactions across a busy retail floor.

The role offers $13.00 to $16.00 per hour plus commission based on performance, plus benefits like earned wage access and 401k after probation. Training is provided and teamwork is valued.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Firearms experience/certification possible in some locations.
• Bilingual ability encouraged.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to identify needs and offer solutions.
• Process sales, loans and related transactions.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items per policy.
• Answer calls and assist customers with inquiries.
• Explain legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions clearly.
