Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a part-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate for our pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loan transactions, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor while delivering excellent service.

The role offers hourly pay with commission opportunities and requires flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends. Firearms handling may be involved at FFL locations as applicable.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in multiple locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers to recommend financial solutions.
• Performs sales and loan transactions per policies and regulatory requirements.
• Keeps the sales floor clean and displays merchandise.
• Answers calls per company standards.
