Job summary

Cash America Pawn is seeking an entry-level, Part-Time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate for our pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and help with merchandise while earning hourly pay plus commissions based on productivity.

Commission can be up to 8% of gross profit, with benefits like Earned Wage Access and 401k. Stores typically open 9AM–6PM with Sundays closed in many locations.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods, including standing and climbing.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Able to work at multiple locations as needed.
• Minimum age 18 with HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to provide financial solutions and process sales/loans.
• Perform cash handling and loan transactions per policies and procedures.
• Keep sales floor clean, stocked, and display merchandise.
• Handle calls and communicate legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions.
• Collaborate with staff to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Complete assigned training and perform other duties as needed.
