Job summary

Cash America Pawn is seeking entry-level, part-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and help with merchandise on the floor across jewelry and general items. Earn commissions based on productivity, in addition to an hourly wage.

Positions offer Earned Wage Access, 401k eligibility after six months, and employee discounts. Flexible locations and a straightforward training process help you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform duties including walking, bending, and lifting.
• Ability to work in multiple locations as needed and to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Cash handling experience is preferred and basic math calculations are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to provide financial solutions and process sales/loans.
• Perform sales and loan transactions in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Keep the sales floor clean and stocked; maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with inquiries, problem resolution, and product information.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash and negotiable items.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Participate in training and comply with company policies.
