Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, part-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate at our pawn store locations nationwide.

The position offers hourly pay of $15.25–$18.00 with commission on transactions, including up to 8% additional earnings on top of base pay. Successful candidates greet customers, process sales and loans, and work with a wide assortment of items—from jewelry to electronics and firearms in FFL locations—while delivering friendly service and strong product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Comfort with handling cash and processing transactions.
• Willing to earn commission on sales and loans.
• Willing to work flexible retail hours, including weekends.
• Computer literate and able to operate POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to provide financial solutions and product recommendations.
• Process sales, loans, and other transactions in line with policies.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and display merchandise.
• Handle cash and negotiable items per procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Assist customers with inquiries and problem resolution.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers to ensure a positive experience.
• Complete training and be able to work at multiple store locations as needed.
• Adhere to safety and firearms handling requirements where applicable.
