Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate in our pawn store network in Memphis. The role offers an hourly wage with commission based on productivity and up to 8% commission on personal transactions.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales and loans, and maintaining the sales floor while delivering excellent service. Opportunities include Earned Wage Access and 401(k) after six months.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to perform duties for extended periods (standing, walking, etc.).
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to provide financial solutions.
• Handle sales and loan transactions per policies and regulations.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and attractive merchandise displays.
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers to ensure excellent service.
• Assist with training and support other staff as needed.
