FirstCash Holdings, Inc. seeks a friendly Part-Time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate to join our pawn store team. The role offers hourly pay of $15.00 to $18.00 with commission opportunities on transactions.

You will help customers with loans and sales, maintain displays, and support a positive shopping experience at our nationwide locations. Earned Wage Access and 401(k) plans are available after eligibility, with multiple discounts and a flexible schedule.

Competenze

• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to perform duties for extended periods (standing, walking, etc.).
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• May assist customers outside the store or retrieve items stored elsewhere.
• Minimum Age: 18 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong desire to work, serve customers, and be team-oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literate and able to operate POS systems.
