Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, part-time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate at our Tampa stores. The role involves greeting customers, processing sales and loans, and providing excellent customer service across jewelry, tools, electronics, and more.

Expect a base hourly wage plus commission opportunities based on productivity. Earned Wage Access is available; commissions can boost earnings, with benefits including discounts and a 401k after six months.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to work flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers to develop rapport and recommend financial solutions.
• Performs open/close procedures.
• Keeps sales floor clean and stocked.
• Processes sales and loan transactions per policy.
• Handles cash and negotiable items.
• Answers calls per company standards.
• Communicates legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions.
• Collaborates with staff to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Completes training and other duties as assigned.
