FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, part-time Retail Sales Associates for our pawn store locations. The role offers an hourly wage of $10.00 to $14.00 plus commissions on transactions, with up to 8% possible on gross profit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to perform duties for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Cash handling experience preferred and basic math skills.
• Ability to work flexible retail schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists customers with sales and loan transactions.
• Maintains clean, stocked sales floor and displays.
• Processes sales and loans per policies and regulations.
