Job summary

Cash America Pawn is seeking entry-level, part-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associates to join our nationwide store team. You will greet customers, process sales and loan transactions, and assist with a wide range of merchandise. A strong focus on customer service and accurate cash handling is required.

The role offers hourly pay plus commission based on personal productivity. Eligibility for Earned Wage Access and a competitive perks program are available, with potential for growth and firearms

Qualifications

Entry-level, part-time sales role in pawn store locations nationwide.
Greet, engage and assist customers with sales, loans and other transactions.
Must be willing to learn firearms certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

Greet and interact with customers to recommend financial solutions.
Perform open/close procedures as required.
Keep sales floor clean and stocked; display merchandise.
Handle sales and loan transactions per policies and regulations.
Manage cash and negotiable items per procedures.
Assist customers with inquiries and problem resolution.
Collaborate with staff to deliver a positive customer experience.
