Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level Part-Time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate for our pawn stores nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and work with jewelry, tools, electronics, and more. Earn hourly pay plus commission and enjoy benefits and flexible hours across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers to provide and suggest financial solutions.
• Open/close procedures as needed (non-management).
• Keep sales floor clean, stocked, and merchandised.
• Process sales and loan transactions per policy.
• Handle cash and negotiable items according to policy.
• Answer incoming calls per company standards.
• Explain legal aspects of pawn/buy transactions to customers.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers.
• Collaborate with staff to create a positive customer experience.
• Complete training and perform other duties as assigned.
