Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays in a retail environment.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Willingness to work at multiple locations as needed.
• Familiarity with firearms certification desirable.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and process sales, loans, and related transactions.
• Open/close procedures and maintain sales floor presentation.
• Support customers on product and financial solutions.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash per policy.
• Provide accurate information about pawn regulations and shop policies.
• Collaborate with team to deliver positive customer experiences.
