Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Patrol Response Driver in El Paso, TX. You will safeguard clients across Retail/Malls with vehicle and foot patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents and support a welcoming environment. A valid driver’s license and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screening may be required.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot or vehicle patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter areas, to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and associate activity in accordance with site policies; report suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
