Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted per federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and guests by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the retail location and perimeter to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate logs and incident reports and communicate with store personnel and authorities.
