Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Patient Services Coordinator to join our Elizabeth City, NC clinic team. You will perform administrative duties, check in patients, and help with medical records and data entry in a busy clinic serving adults with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring conditions.

You will provide excellent customer service at check-in and check-out, process co-pays, coordinate scheduling, and support clinicians and families with a welcoming,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with mental health population preferred.
• Proficiency with EHR systems or being technically savvy.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation for work-related travel.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients at the front desk and manage patient paperwork.
• Collect co-pays and handle medical records.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and families at check-in and check-out.
