Responsibilities

• Direct the flow of patients into the rooms during clinic days.
• Measures vital signs and records information on patients’ charts.
• Maintain the highest level of customer service during patient check-in and status updates.
• Maintain a positive demeanor with patients, peers, supervisors and physicians.
• Oversees patient tracking in Athena while collecting co-pays and ensuring form completion.
• Ensure rooms are cleaned between patients.
• Rooms are stocked with necessary supplies at all times.
