Responsibilities

• Receives and investigates patient complaints to ensure timely and positive resolutions.
• Promotes patient rights and services in line with regulatory standards and Mercy's mission.
• Ensures accurate documentation and follow-up of patient complaints.
• Provides data reports to hospital committees and supports improvement initiatives.
