Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow diet orders and NPO diet orders.
• Assist cook in meal preparation for patients/residents.
• Deliver trays to patients/residents.
• Serve meals and beverages in dining area.
• Prepare between-meal nourishments and snacks.
• Record substitutions and adhere to guidelines.
• Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen and dining areas.
• Follow infection control policies and safety procedures.
