Job summary

The Corvallis Clinic in Oregon is seeking a Part Time Associate Patient Care Coordinator to support patient flow and front-desk operations in a multi-site clinic.

You will greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, process payments, and help with check-in/out while ensuring accurate information in the EHR. This role offers a flexible part-time schedule (20 hours/week) with shift options Mon-Fri plus weekend coverage as needed, and a strong team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Experience with electronic health records (preferred).
• Experience scheduling appointments and handling patient check-in/out (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greets patients, answers calls, books appointments, verifies insurance, and handles payments.
• Greet and check patients in, verify demographics and insurance, and notify back-office staff of arrivals.
• Understand the referral process and enter data in the EHR to avoid duplicates.
• Coordinate patient flow and prepare patients for exams.
• Support provider schedules and assist in training new staff.
