The Corvallis Clinic in Oregon is seeking a Part Time Associate Patient Care Coordinator to support patient flow and front-desk operations in a multi-site clinic.
You will greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, process payments, and help with check-in/out while ensuring accurate information in the EHR. This role offers a flexible part-time schedule (20 hours/week) with shift options Mon-Fri plus weekend coverage as needed, and a strong team-focused environment.

ThePart Time Associate Patient Care Coordinator provides patient care in accordance with established methods and techniques and conforms to recognized standards.

Work Schedule: (Part Time 20 Hours/Week) - Monday-Friday: between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. PST - Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. PST Note: The final shift will be determined by the supervisor upon hire.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $29.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
