Montgomery County Memorial Hospital (Downtown Care clinic) is seeking a part-time Patient Access Representative to support patient flow and registration at the newly integrated medical and dental clinic in Red Oak, IA. This role is 24 hours per week with clinic hours from 8am to 8pm, including day and evening shifts and rotating Saturday mornings.

The successful candidate will handle calls, registration, insurance verification, and front office duties with a friendly, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone and front desk communication skills.
• Strong organizational and detail orientation.
• Ability to maintain accurate patient information and privacy.
• General computer knowledge required; healthcare exposure preferred.
