Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Registration Scheduler for the Float Pool in the Network Operations Center. This full-time day shift handles front-desk contacts, registration, scheduling procedures, and data entry to support patient flow and accurate charts. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year in healthcare or scheduling/registration, and preferred 2 years in a related role.

A Fingerprint Clearance Card is required. Basic Life Support is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year in healthcare or knowledge of medical terminology, or experience in scheduling/registration.
• 2 years in healthcare-related experience, including scheduling and registration.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card required or eligible.
• BCLS certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and answers calls, directs information accordingly.
• Schedules procedures and tracks no-shows in the system.
• Performs registration tasks and data entry for patient records.
• Collects co-pays and processes deposits when applicable.
• Maintains patient charts and coordinates with physicians' offices.
