Responsibilities include collecting payments, managing referrals, and assisting with scheduling and documentation. Epic experience is preferred, with a high school diploma and strong communication skills essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service in a professional setting (excludes retail/food service).
• High School diploma required.
• Epic system experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and enters patient demographic information into the hospital information system; verifies data completeness and accuracy.
• Obtains signatures on required documents for consent and regulatory paperwork.
• Processes co-pays, deductibles, coinsurance, and deposits; liaises with billing as needed.
• Provides referrals and payment options to patients needing financial assistance.
• Supports front-office tasks including telephones, scheduling, and filing.
