• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Gathers information from patient and enters into database; resolves issues about procedures.
• Schedules patient procedures efficiently to utilize patient time and resources.
• Assists with insurance pre-certification/authorization coordination.
• Provides counseling regarding pre-service requirements and instructions.
• Performs clerical and reception duties related to patient registration.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
