Legends Global seeks an experienced Pastry Supervisor to lead pastry production for Caesars Superdome and Smoothie King Center, supporting catering events, game days, and concessions. You will collaborate with the Executive Pastry Chef to ensure high-quality pastry products and efficient operations.

Veteran leadership in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen is essential, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event days.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in high-volume bakery or pastry production.
• Formal culinary or pastry training preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and event days.

Mansioni

• Execute daily pastry production for catered events, game-day operations, premium suites, and concessions.
• Follow recipes and product specifications accurately and consistently.
• Assist with production planning and event execution.
• Supervise pastry team members in daily operations.
• Monitor scheduling, labor hours, and productivity.
