Job summary

Integration Charter Schools is seeking a Part-time Parent Ambassador to support student recruitment at Staten Island events and in- community outreach. The role reports to the Assistant Director of Recruitment and serves as a trusted voice for IC families.

You will engage prospective families, share firsthand parent experiences, and help attract enrollments by representing IC at events and through community networks.

Responsibilities

• Represent Integration Charter Schools at recruitment events, community outreach activities, school fairs, and information sessions
• Engage prospective families in authentic conversations about the IC experience, programs, and culture
• Assist the Assistant Director of Recruitment in executing outreach strategies and meeting enrollment goals
• Distribute recruitment materials throughout the community including local businesses, community centers, houses of worship, and neighborhood organizations
• Follow up with prospective families via phone, text, or in-person to answer questions and encourage enrollment
• Assist with the planning and execution of open houses and school tours
• Maintain accurate records of outreach contacts and activities as directed
• Serve as a positive, visible ambassador for IC on social media and within personal networks
