Integration Charter Schools (ICS) is seeking a part-time Parent Ambassador to support student recruitment. You will be a community-facing representative, sharing firsthand experiences as an ICS parent and helping attract prospective families in Staten Island and surrounding areas.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Recruitment, you will engage with families at events, distribute information, and assist in outreach strategies to meet enrollment goals while maintaining positive relations with

Responsabilités

Represent Integration Charter Schools at recruitment events, community outreach activities, school fairs, and information sessions
Engage prospective families in authentic conversations about the IC experience, programs, and culture
Assist the Assistant Director of Recruitment in executing outreach strategies and meeting enrollment goals
Distribute recruitment materials throughout the community including local businesses, community centers, houses of worship, and neighborhood organizations
Follow up with prospective families via phone, text, or in-person to answer questions and encourage enrollment
Assist with the planning and execution of open houses and school tours
Maintain accurate records of outreach contacts and activities as directed
Serve as a positive, visible ambassador for IC on social media and within personal networks
