  • Track, analyze, and interpret recruitment and outreach data to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to drive student recruitment and enrollment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, outreach efforts, and enrollment goals.
  • Support the achievement of annual application and enrollment targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, partnerships, and engagement metrics.

Job description

Our client, a charter school in Brooklyn, NY, is seeking a Community Associate to lead community-based outreach efforts to build strong relationships, increase school visibility, and support the achievement of annual student application goals. This role is highly field-based, requiring approximately 80% of time in the community and 20% in the office for administrative work and team collaboration.

  • Typical Schedule Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm (M-W Onsite, Th-F Remote). Flexibility to work events outside of normal hours and on weekend.
    • On Event Days, hours are typically 10:00am-6:00pm
  • Pay Rate $20-21/hour
  • Contracted position to cover maternity leave until January 2027

Required Qualifications
