Qualifications

• Fingerprinting and criminal background check required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be Highly Qualified under ESSA with options to meet criteria.
• CPR & First Aid certificate within 2 months of hire.
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Basic math skills including fractions, percentages, and ratios.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in supervising students and reinforcing lesson plans.
• Administer tests and monitor progress.
• Maintain attendance records and clerical duties.
• Provide classroom support to implement IEPs and behavior plans.
• Ensure safety and manage student data and reports.
