Job summary

AlignMed Partners is seeking a Part-time Palliative Care Provider (24 hours/week) to float among three centers in Phillipsburg, NJ: Lopatcong Center, Complete Care at Phillipsburg, and Complete Care at Brakeley Park. Open to Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with 1+ year palliative care experience.

Base pay $58–$61 per hour plus incentive compensation. The organization offers comprehensive training, no on-call weekends, and a suite of benefits including health/dental/vision, relocation

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program and licensed registered nurse.
• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s Degree in Nursing.
• Experience with adult/geriatric populations (2+ years preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based palliative care per care plans.
• Educate patients and families on care options.
• Support nursing staff and clinical education priorities.
• Participate in center-based quality initiatives to improve patient care.
