AlignMed Partners in Mendham, NJ is seeking a Part Time Advanced Practice Provider (24–30 hours weekly) to deliver primary and urgent care to nursing center residents. The role welcomes NP or PA graduates with a focus on geriatrics, and two years’ experience is preferred.

On-site collaboration with the leadership team and medical director ensures patient-centered care. Base pay is $59–$61 per hour, with a no-cap incentive program and relocation considerations where applicable.

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with RN license.
• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master's in Nursing and focus in Older Adult and/or Family NP.
• PA candidates: ARC-PA approved program and PANCE, PA license, NCCPA certification.
• Minimum two years of experience with adult or geriatric population.
