Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing required.
• Valid NJ RN License required.
• ACHPN certification is required.
• ACLS and BLS from AHA required.
• CCRN certification preferred.
• At least 1 year Palliative Care Experience required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to terminally ill patients.
• Record patient histories and perform diagnostic tests.
