Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Driver’s license (valid/unrestricted) is preferred.
• High School diploma or GED is preferred.
• At least 1 year of delivery/retail/customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience selling paint or paint-related products is preferred.
• Experience operating tinting/mixing equipment is preferred.
• Ability to read/write/understand multiple languages, including Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to determine needs and answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products.
• Recommend suitable solutions and color options to customers.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with product features and maintain store visual standards.
