Qualifications

• Age 18 or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must meet performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent sales service to customers and meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs and present products.
• Maintain in-stock items, stock shelves and set up displays.
• Process sales transactions accurately and with company policies.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Remain knowledgeable about products and offer available options.
