Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Mooresville, NC is hiring a Part-Time Store Associate to assist customers, process transactions, and maintain displays. Starting pay is $15.50 per hour.

The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs., some evenings and weekends, and a commitment to excellent service with strong product knowledge. Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to retrieve material from shelves and lift up to 50 lbs., up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent sales service and achieve sales goals.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, present products.
• Build relationships with wholesale customers.
• Process transactions accurately and according to policies.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; tint and mix products as needed.
• Assist with deliveries and loading/unloading; maintain in-stock areas.
