Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate at our Knoxville branch to deliver products, prepare orders, and assist customers in person and over the phone. You will load/unload, operate warehouse equipment, and maintain a safe, organized stockroom while following company policies.

Responsibilities include processing POS transactions, coordinating with supervisors, and supporting inventory control.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted driver''s license.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Willing to work all scheduled hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup safely and on schedule.
• Load and unload products from deliveries.
• Operate warehouse vehicles and equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks).
• Assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Process sales transactions at the POS accurately.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Assist with inventory and physical inventory process.
