The Sherwin-Williams Company in Columbia, SC is seeking a Customer Service Associate for a part-time role. You will deliver products from the branch, assist customers, prepare orders for delivery or pickup, and operate warehouse equipment as needed.

The position requires loading/unloading, some lifting, and interaction with customers by phone and in person. Typical hours align with the branch schedule and may vary by business needs.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours.

Mansioni

• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Load and unload products from deliveries.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment (forklifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Process sales transactions in the POS.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures and regulations.
• Ensure stockroom is organized and inventory procedures are followed.
• Operate color retrieval and paint mixing equipment as needed.
• Complete Monthly and Quarterly Safety Training.
