Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate for Automotive Finishes #9229 in Chattanooga, TN. Responsibilities include delivering products, preparing orders, and assisting customers while ensuring accuracy and safety. Equipment such as color retrieval and paint mixing may be used.

Work hours align with branch operations, typically Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with times subject to business needs. Must meet minimum requirements and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

At least 18 years of age.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

Prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
Load and unload products from deliveries.
Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles/equipment (forklifts, hand trucks, pallets, etc.).
Assist customers in person and over the phone.
Process sales transactions in the POS per policies.
Keep stockroom organized and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures.
Complete monthly and quarterly safety training.
