Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Tampa, FL. You will deliver products, assist customers, manage inventory, and operate color retrieval and paint mixing equipment as needed.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, processing POS transactions, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with branch staff. Work hours align with branch schedule, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with potential changes based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule in a safe and timely manner.
• Load and unload products from deliveries.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Process sales transactions in the POS.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures and regulations.
• Ensure stockroom is organized.
• Operate color retrieval and paint mixing machine equipment as needed.
• Comply with inventory control procedures and assist with physical inventory.
• Complete Monthly and Quarterly Safety Training.
