Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate at our Nashville branch. You will deliver products, assist customers, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup.

You will load/unload goods, operate warehouse equipment, and handle sales at the POS while maintaining safety and inventory controls. The role requires strong customer service skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup safely and on time.
• Load and unload products from deliveries.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Process sales in the POS accurately per policies.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Keep a clean, safe work area and optimize space usage.
• Follow quality service standards and company procedures.
• Ensure stockroom is organized and inventory is accurate.
• Operate color retrieval and paint mixing machines as needed.
• Participate in monthly and quarterly safety trainings.
