As a Package Room Associate, you will assist our residents with their mail and packages and provide other administrative support.

We are hiring a Part-Time Package Associate to assist our residents with package pick up at Regents Park! The pay rate for this role is $18/hour.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Warmly greet residents as they enter the mailroom/package area
• Accept and administer packages, distribute mail to resident’s boxes
• Retrieve packages for residents, ensuring they sign out packages in Salesforce for tracking purposes
• Keep package room in neat, organized, and clean manner
• Answer all incoming calls and handle accordingly using Mac telephone greeting standards
• Assist with resident concerns or related activities as requested by management

Qualifications

• People Person. The best part of serving others is creating experiences for them that go beyond the expected. Strong troubleshooting and relationship building skills. Positive attitude, strong work ethic and self-motivation.
• Great communicator. Providing amazing experiences requires the ability to communicate professionally and through legible writing
• Requires basic knowledge of front desk equipment, including computer and telephone systems.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
