Columbia Hospitality, Inc. Bellevue Towers is seeking a Full-time Package Room Attendant to manage package intake, labeling and delivery to residents. You will support the concierge desk and ensure smooth access for residents, handling inquiries with professionalism.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service, fluent English, and basic Microsoft Office skills. The role offers daily pay options and comprehensive benefits as part of our values-driven team culture.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and 1-2 years related experience.
• Previous experience in customer service roles strongly preferred.
• The ability to read, write, and speak English fluently is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Receives all packages for the community and labels them accordingly.
• Delivers packages to Residents on regular basis in accordance with community procedures and guidelines.
• Establishes professional familiarity of personal preferences of residents and guests.
• Answers the telephone in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Maintains up to date information of events in the region.
• Coordinates requests and reservations through property intranet service.
• Communicates key updates to team members and management in a timely manner.
• Ensures proper building safety and security measures are followed at all times.
• Documents shift details for continuity and stays connected with security services.
• Maintains a clean, organized workspace and assists with access control as needed.
• Responds to all resident and guest requests promptly and courteously.

As a package room attendant, you will be creating a smooth experience for residents to receive their packages directly to their doorstep!

• Receives all packages for the community and labels them accordingly

• Carefully documents the details of shift through logs and other reports for continuityMaintains a close working relationship with local police and alarm monitoring services
• Ensures unwelcomed visitors and solicitors do not enter private residences or common areas
• Manages permissions to enter, contractor and vendor logistics and resident visitors and guests through building intranet
• Maintains a clean, neat, organized and orderly offices and desks at all times
• Responds to all resident and guest’s requests in an expeditious, courteous and professional manner
• Responds to all emails within 24 hoursExhibits and supports CHI Values and code of conduct at all times

What You Bring

• High School diploma and 1-2 years related experience
• Previous experience in customer service roles strongly preferred
• The ability to read, write, and speak English fluently is required to read, analyze and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence, and memos
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel is preferred
