Qualifications

• Experience in operations planning and dispatch is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze center's daily package dispatch and maximize service performance.
• Plan and coordinate routes, and manage on-call Air pickups, heavy pick-up accounts, and unforeseen events.
• Provide customer service support by answering messages, concerns and follow ups.
• Facilitate smooth execution of operational procedures and management of systems.
