A senior living community in Vancouver is seeking an Overnight Porter/Valet/Light Security to support maintenance and security services. Overview

The Springs at The Waterfront is currently hiring an Overnight Porter/Valet/Light Security to join our maintenance team. Location: 1015 W Columbia Way, Vancouver, WA 98660. This position supports light housekeeping, maintenance, and security services to residents and the building, with valet duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Empties all trash/recycle daily
• Delivers mail packages to residents
• Assists in maintaining the exterior of the building
• Sets up rooms for special functions as needed
• Maintains common areas through carpet cleaning, painting touch up, and floor cleaning
• Valet cars as needed
• Provide night security
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical problems preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in construction and/or apartment maintenance preferred but not required
• CPR and First Aid certified (training paid for and provided by The Springs Living)
• Must be able to pass drug test, background check, and DMV records check
• Have had your Driver’s License for a minimum of 5 years
