The Springs Living, LLC in Happy Valley, OR is seeking compassionate caregivers to assist residents with daily activities and personal care, bringing warmth and companionship to brighten their days.

You will support mobility, grooming, meals, and light housekeeping, while fostering a safe, uplifting environment where seniors feel valued and loved.

This role offers flexible shifts including days and evenings, teamwork, and opportunities to grow within a dedicated senior living community.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• A genuine love and respect for seniors, with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Experience caring for seniors is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Support residents with daily activities.
• Help residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Assist residents with eating and drinking.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, ensuring residents’ living spaces are clean, safe, and comfortable.
• Bring warmth, companionship, and patience to brighten their day and support their well-being.
• Help create a caring, uplifting environment where seniors feel valued and loved.

• Support our residents with daily activities
• Helping residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Assisting residents with eating and drinking.
• Assisting with light housekeeping tasks, ensuring residents’ living spaces are clean, safe, and comfortable.
• Bring warmth, companionship, and patience to brighten their day and support their well-being
• Help create a caring, uplifting environment where seniors feel valued and loved

What We’re Looking For

Schedules Available

• Day Shift - 6:00AM - 2:30PM
• Sunday through Monday
• Swing (Evening) Shift 2:00PM - 10:30PM
• Friday through Saturday
• Friday through Sunday
• Overnight (NOC) Shift - 10:00PM - 6:30AM
• Friday through Monday
