Job summary

A senior living community in Vancouver is seeking an Overnight Porter/Valet/Light Security to support maintenance and security services. This part-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $16.28-$20, depending on experience, with responsibilities including valet services and light housekeeping. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a valid driver's license. Training for CPR and First Aid is provided by the employer.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical problems preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certified (training paid for).
• Must be able to pass drug tests and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Empties all trash/recycle daily.
• Delivers mail packages to residents.
• Assists in maintaining the exterior of the building.
• Sets up rooms for special functions as needed.
• Valet cars as needed.
• Provide night security.
