The Springs Living in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for The Springs at The Waterfront. You will support the Building Engineer in maintaining both exterior and interior spaces, including resident apartments, common areas, and facilities.

This full-time role works Saturday to Wednesday, 7:30am–4:00pm, offering competitive hourly pay of $22–$25 plus benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician in Residential, Hospitality or Care Facility settings is preferred.
• Unit turnover experience is preferred.
• Sheetrock and painting experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift items or equipment up to 75 lbs.
• Current driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Preventative Maintenance utilizing a CMMS and BMS preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support proper and consistent maintenance of facility exterior, including building, rooftop lawn, plant and/or flower beds, walkways, driveways, and underground parking lot
• Support proper and consistent maintenance of facility interior, including resident apartments, common areas, offices, storage rooms, pool, gym, theater, and kitchen
• Complete work orders efficiently and accurately
• Ability to demonstrate safe working practices
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished; written, oral, or electronic format
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where limited standardization may exist
• Ability to prioritize and organize assignments
