Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a friendly, professional demeanor and assist with registration.
• Verify insurance and collect copayments; document in the EHR system.
• Enter patient information accurately and maintain patient files.
• Answer phones, direct calls, and provide essential wayfinding and information.
