Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Able to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable using computers and hotel software.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with numbers and financial information.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit of hotel transactions and balance daily activity.
• Check guests in/out, assign rooms, process payments, and maintain guest accounts.
• Assist guests with questions and local area information.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports to hotel leadership.
• Monitor security and respond to emergencies during overnight hours.
• Process cash and card transactions with accurate posting.
• Communicate with incoming shift and leadership about issues.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and professional appearance.
• Provide overnight guest services, including wake-up calls and other assistance.
